Dr. Christian Keller studied law at the Ruhr University in Bochum and completed his doctorate at the University of Bonn. He completed his legal clerkship at the German regional court in Düsseldorf and was officially admitted to the Bar in 1997. Due to his work in offices in Australia and Mexico, Dr Keller can also communicate in English, French or Spanish. Since 1994, he has been active as the authorized translator for the OLG district of Düsseldorf. His areas of special expertise are in contract law, trade and business law as well as labor law. Since 2010 he has been admitted as officially specialized in corporate and business law. In 2010 the chamber of sollicitors of Düsseldorf grants him the title Fachanwalt für Handelsrecht und Gesellschaftsrecht (specialist in comercial and corporate law), in 2011 Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht (specialist in labour law).

After completing her studies in law at the University of Cologne, Ms Nußbaum finished her legal clerkship at the German regional court in Essen. She was admitted to the Bar in 1993. Since then she has been active as a lawyer in legal offices in Bottrop, Gelsekirchen and Mülheim. She specializes in family law, inheritance law and tenancy law. For years, she has been dedicated to helping clients with separations and divorce. In 2011 the chamber of sollicitors of Düsseldorf grants her the title Fachanwältin für Familienrecht (specialist in family law).

Mr Ciolek – born on 25.03.1980 in Mülheim an der Ruhr – studied law from 2001 to 2005 at the Ruhr-University in Bochum. Immediately thereafter, he completed his legal clerkship (from 2006 through 2008) at the German regional court in Duisburg, undertaking positions with the management of the German Red Cross in Cologne and a legal office in Oberhausen, where Mr Ciolek was also employed throughout his entire clerkship. He was admitted to the bar in 2008 immediately after the second bar exam. Mr Ciolek successfully completed a specialized legal course for tenancy and property law and therefore primarily cares for clients in the area of tenancy and property law. Beyond this, Mr Ciolek is also active in further areas of civil law.

Attorney Marike Schwarz was born in 1983 in Essen. After graduating from the B.M.V. School, she studied law at the Ruhr University Bochum (2002-2006). As a student assistant since 2004 she gained first law firm experience in Bochum . This is being continued through the period of her study and training period. In her studies, she placed a focus on commercial law and completed additional training in this area of law at university. After her first state examination she worked in a European-wide company in the human resource industry in the private sector. After that she completed her law education at the District Court. In addition to that and the prosecutor's office, she worked in the legal department of the Sparkasse Essen and in different firms. During her clerkship she developed an interest in insolvency law and banking law.

Since mid-2010 she works in the law firm Dr. Keller and has completed a course in insolvency law in 2011 .
